Hi, I’m Emma.
Coach, wife, mum to two incredible boys, strong believer that there’s not much in life a chocolate hobnob can’t help. I care deeply about honest conversations and I’ve lived a lot of what I coach.

I’ve always been slightly obsessed with how people internally live, versus how they actually live. Not what they say they value, but how their weeks are structured and where their energy really goes.

Most of the people I work with aren’t in crisis. They’re capable. Responsible. Getting on with it.

But life feels heavier than it needs to be. There’s a constant low-level push. A lot of reacting. Not much ease.

I don’t think that’s weakness.
I think it’s poor design.

When your energy is scattered and the standards you are holding yourself to are inherited rather than chosen, joy quietly drains out of the edges. You stop trusting yourself. You lose flow. Life feels like a slog.

So my work isn’t about discipline (I have ZERO willpower), or hustle.
