I’m a coach, a wife, a mum to two brilliant boys, and someone who really cares about helping people build lives that feel steadier, lighter, and more like their own. I’m not interested in polished nonsense or telling you to wake up at 5am and sort your life out with a better planner.

I care about the real stuff. How your week feels. What keeps draining you. What you keep tolerating. I bring structure, pattern-spotting, practical tools, and honest support that helps things actually shift.

Why I coach

Because people do not need more pressure. They need more clarity, better structure, and lives that feel more like theirs.

Most of the people I work with are not in crisis. They are capable, responsible, and getting on with things. But life feels heavier than it should, and the way they are doing it no longer feels like a fit.

I have always been interested in the gap between how people say they want to live and how their lives actually run, not the version they tell themselves or the good intentions, but the real version.

I do not think feeling stretched or stuck in reaction mode is a personal failing. Most of the time, it is poor design. So this work is about looking honestly at what is going on, what is driving your week, and what needs to shift, then building a way of living that feels steadier, clearer, and much more like you.
